Our Mission:

Yoga for children with developmental disabilities and their families.

Our Classes Foster:

Community, confidence, connection, flexibility, growth, movement, safe spaces, and strength.

Our Classes Are:

  • Offered fee-free (but contributions from participants are gladly accepted)
  • Require no previous yoga experience
  • Developed to be specifically accessible to children with developmental disabilities (except the Caregivers class)
  • About 45 minutes long
  • Require advance registration, unless otherwise noted

Our Class Types:

  • Kids Yoga: classes for children (ages 5 & up) with developmental disabilities. Parents/caregivers in classroom to support their child only if/as needed
  • Teens Yoga: classes for teens (ages 13 & up) with developmental disabilities. Parents/caregivers in classroom to support their child only if/as needed
  • Tot & Parent/Caregiver Yoga: classes for younger children (ages 5 & under) and a parent/caregiver. Child & parent/caregiver will participate in class together
  • Caregivers Yoga: classes for caregivers of children with developmental disabilities focusing on relaxation and rejuvenation.  Class is for adults only
  • Whole Family Yoga: classes for children with developmental disabilities and their families. Each family must have at least 1 adult in attendance and participating in the class
